“If we want to create a European atmosphere and create a more European identity, we need Cultural Diplomacy, and there is still a lot to do. First of all, inter-cultural dialogue: it is fantastic to see dancing in Greece or in Austria, in Sweden or in Spain and the differences that there are. This is part of the inter-cultural dialogue as far as I understand and appreciate it”.
